- Before Course Commencement: Students are eligible for a full refund if they withdraw from the course at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the course.
- Course Cancellation: If Kabush Academy cancels a course, students will receive a full refund of the course fee.
3. Partial Refunds
- Within First Week of Course: Students who withdraw from a course within the first week of commencement are eligible for a 75% refund of the course fee.
- Mid-Course Withdrawals: Students who withdraw after the first week but before the course is 50% completed are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
4. No Refunds
- After 50% Course Completion: No refunds will be provided if the withdrawal request is made after 50% of the course has been completed.
- No Show: No refunds will be given to students who do not attend the course without prior notice.
5. Refund Process
- Refund Request: To request a refund, students must email kabushacademy@gmail.com with their full name, contact information, course details, and the reason for the refund.
- Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.
- Documentation: Students may be required to provide additional documentation to support their refund request.

- Medical Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency that prevents a student from continuing the course, a prorated refund may be considered upon submission of appropriate medical documentation.
- Relocation: If a student relocates to a different city making attendance impractical, a prorated refund may be considered upon submission of proof of relocation.
